GameSpy Previews Devil May Cry 4

GameSpy Previews Devil May Cry 4

The GameSpy team were fortunate enough to get a hands-on play test of the upcoming Devil May Cry 4 for the Microsoft Xbox 360 recently. They were able to check out a few levels of the Devil May Cry 4 playable demo which was available at this year’s Games Convention and, fortunately, they liked what they saw - for the most part.

GameSpy even made it clear that even though they were not overly impressed with Devil May Cry 4 for the Sony PlayStation 3 during their previous play test - during Capcom’s annual Gamers Day event - they found that the current build of Devil May Cry 4 is looking a whole lot more fleshed out and has much, much more potential.

Another thing that was particularly highlighted during GameSpy’s preview of Devil May Cry 4 was the comparison between the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions which yielded some interesting findings; not only does the Xbox 360 control scheme feel very smooth and responsive, but the Xbox 360 also has a slight edge in the graphics department over the PS3. However, GameSpy wanted to make it clear that the difference in visuals between the two is only minimal.

Please be sure to check out GameSpy’s very in-depth preview of Devil May Cry 4 as soon as you can.
