What an utterly stupid release date. That can't be true... Oh, and notice they call it DMC with full capital letters instead of DmC.
That is looooong ways way. Are they going for the holiday season release or is this one of those 'this date till further notice' kinda things? Edit: where on the link is the release date?
*Shakes head in disagreement* This can't be true. It's probably a cover date. I mean, at least Summer/Autumn sounds more correct.
I think it's false too but i decided it is wise to make a Rlease Date topic. But if by a shock Gamespot release date is true then DmC have the potential to be a great game. I think it's false because Ninja theory said they are gonna start on next project quite recently. GUESS THE DATE: Everyone guess when it will be released. I guess January 10th, 2012
the site (lower down) has got TBA, so it's not right I can't see a game being released on New Years Eve. They could mean fourth Quarter of 2012 HMV have got a release for catherine as 1/1/12... i don't think so, that's a sunday... back to DmC, the release would be a monday... i don't know of many games that get released on a monday. I prefer to see something more official before i believe anything
I'm guessing, considering how long they've been at actual development and that they just hit 30% a month ago or so, that it'll be finished around june, july 2012. As per when they will release it? Summer, 2012.
Do you guys really still believe the game is only 30% done? It was written by an unreliable source! Don't be so gullible... There's also no reason to believe this release date info, as there have been no official confirmation on when the game will be released.
The anoncement of the game been 30% complete a pretty while ago, at this point that's no longer relevant, true or not.
Hi! I frequently come on this forum because I find it more reliable than some of the more biased places out there (IGN discussions...why!?). I never really cared for logging on but I just had to for this--They put December 31st as a way of saying that the game will be released by the end of that year (in this case 2012). I've seen it done to other games, too. Prototype 2 for example had December 31st 2012 as a release date in IGN as a way to say that it will be released by then (by the end of this year--as in the 31st is the last day it could possibly come out). Of course, if you look now it says some day in April (to lazy to check lol).
^^ Thats also what i've seen lately, and sometimes the 12/31/12 dates indicate that it will not even be released until early 2013. I'm thinking DmC is going to be release several months after the HD collection is released so it just might be late 2012. Im not to bothered about that, i just hope they release some more info about the game like they said they were.
CoolDemon's Master Plan to prevent DmC 1) *Pray to all gods ever mentioned in human history* that "the end" arrives at 2012 2) DmC will never be finished. 3) Die and be reborn as a Cool demon 4) Play DMC HD Collection M.P.I Master Plan Indeed
^^ is sure hope i dont die before this game comes out, i spent way too much time over analyzing this game for it to be unfinished
