Now, I’m sure the majority of you will have already noticed, but for those of you who haven’t: The Devil May Cry Forum has been on the receiving end of a small graphical makeover. A big Hello, to all Devil May Cry fans around here. This time this isn’t some kind of important news and such, just little me trying to figure out how this “editor” thingy works. Thanks to Steve (better known as devilmaycry around here) I now posses the power (I bet Vergil got jealous:P) to post news regarding the site/forum/Devil May Cry/etc.

A bunch of unlockable Devil May Cry 4 cheats have finally been revealed and, because I’m so nice, I figured where better to post them then on my very own Devil May Cry 4 website. Fortunately, I can confirm that the Bloody Palace Survival Mode - that was made popular in Devil May Cry 2 and Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition - has also made it into the full release of Devil May Cry 4, as many Devil May Cry fans have suspected.

Devil May Cry 4 has been enjoying a lot of success lately in the form of positive reviews and this latest one, penned by 1UP, awarded Devil May Cry 4 for the Xbox 360 and Sony Playstation 3 with a very impressive score of 8.5. Devil May Cry 4 reviews are starting to flood the ‘net and the latest one to be released was written by the team over at IGN Australia. To get straight to the point: IGN AU was very impressed by the PS3 version of Devil May Cry 4 and rewarded it with a very pleasing score of 8.8. There has been no sign of a Devil May Cry 4 video review yet, but I’m sure that one the official US branch of IGN will release theirs soon. Read more »

From the moment Capcom announced that Devil May Cry 4 would be going multi-platform and, at some point, becoming available on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, devoted PS3 fans were concerned that Devil May Cry 4 would have to compromise and sacrifice in certain areas in order to perform adequately on Xbox 360. The long-awaited Devil May Cry 4 demo has finally been made available on the Xbox Live marketplace! And it couldn’t have come at a better time. Eager Devil May Cry 4 fans have been busily speculating on what they hope to see in the demo of Devil May Cry in our Devil May Cry 4 Forum. I haven’t tried it myself just yet but I’m very excited about checking out the first Devil May Cry game to be featured in glorious high definition on the next generation consoles. Read more »

Those of you whom have been patiently for the Devil May Cry 4 demo to grace the Xbox Live marketplace will certainly be pleased to learn that the painful wait is almost over. Just like the PlayStation 2 before it, the PS3 is currently undergoing something of an internal makeover and will be sporting a sexy, new, smaller chip size and a reduction of unnecessary components that, in turn, means that Sony can now manufacturer their PS3 hardware at a cheaper cost. While this may not directly benefit us, it does mean that perhaps Sony will see fit to further reducing the price of all 40GB and 80GB PS3 units. Read more »

Some lucky foreigners have been blessed with early copies of Devil May Cry 4 for the PlayStation 3 and have been even more fortunate to discover that the PS3 version of DMC4 does indeed include SIXAXIS support. However, don’t go expecting to be able to fully control the movements of Dante and Nero with only the SIXAXIS sensor alone, though, SIXASIX support only extends as far as to allow the ability to pan the camera round.
